Article Marketing is important if you want to get on Google's search pages.  I recommend posting 1 to 2 articles per day.  There are a ton of article marketing sites out there but here are just a few.... http://ezinearticles.com  http://ideamarketers.com  http://promotionworld.com  http://articlesnatch.com  There are so many more, I would recommend doing a search for "ARTICLE MARKETING DIRECTORIES"

I guess what I can share here is what a friend of mine is currently doing I am also looking into myself. It's dropshipping and things are looking pretty well. What is important is that you provide to a specific niche, you don't have to sell everybody everything. This is what cause my friend to expand her operations from putting all her stock at home to renting out a Columbus storage now and all in a little over six months.
